CPUSA Endorsed Obama in 2008 and 2012

Communist Party USA endorsed Barack Obama in both elections.

Here was their 2008 Endorsement:

A broad multiclass, multiracial movement is converging around Obama's Hope, change and unity campaign because they see in it the thrilling opportunity to end 30 years of ultra-right rule and move our nation forward with a broadly progressive agenda.

This diverse movement combines a variety of political currents and aims in a working coalition that is crucial to social progress at this point. […] The struggle to defeat the ultra-right and turn our country on a positive path will not end with Obama's election. But that step will shift the ground for successful struggles going forward.

Here was their 2012 endorsement:
Re-electing Obama is not sufficient to bring economic recovery or even relief to our people. Only a different class configuration in political power can do necessary minimum reforms to give us a chance. But re-electing Obama is absolutely essential. Now is not the time for hand washing the complexities and tactics away - or failing to triage the most critical questions from those that are less critical. We cannot win everything at once.

Any doubt this guy's a commie or what?

Some will argue that an endorsement doesn't necessarily mean Barack Obama a commie, but it's not like the only evidence that validates this claim will be Barack's own confession. He'll never do that because the majority of undecided Americans would never accept Communism. The bottom line is this -- if it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, quacks like a duck, and is endorsed by ducks --  it's probably a duck.
